If you are like most people in our modern-day society, you will and that time is a very precious commodity. The responsibilities of daily life can consume most of your energy, leaving you with little opportunity to contemplate how to transform your life.

As adults, we become consumed with duties, responsibilities, and keeping up the status quo. All of these things create stress in our lives. Our bodies and minds begin to re?ect this stress and manifest it in unwanted ways. Poor health is the result of stress on the body and the mind, and it has been proven that if we can ?nd ways to reduce stress, then we will begin to experience better health. Stress reduction has many other positive bene?ts as well, and believe it or not, it is a key to transforming your life!

Now, please follow me as I share 10 simple ways that you can reduce daily stress and begin to transform your life. This list may not seem very life-changing at ?rst, but in time, you will see how powerful it is. You will begin to feel more in control of your life, as well as have more peace and joy. Your health will improve over time, and you will begin to manifest more of what you want and less of what you don’t want in your life.

 

10 Ways to Transform Your Life

1.     Daily Meditation

This is one of the most powerful ways to transform your life. There are countless studies that have been done on the power of meditation to reduce stress and to enhance your health. This is subtle, but powerful, and there are many different kinds of meditations that you can learn. It is up to you to ?nd the ones that resonate with you. When you meditate, you should feel more connected and at peace in your mind and body. There are various styles to choose from.

If you are a beginner, don’t start with the meditations that are more advanced, requiring you to quiet your mind completely. These will take a lot longer to master, and they can be very discouraging for someone just learning how to meditate. So it is important for you to ?nd a meditation that is simple and one that helps you focus your thoughts more easily. Reducing stress and calming your mind through focused intention. This is optimal for your health.

There are various types of meditation that teach different techniques. All will help you master your ability to focus your energy and develop your inner power. When you perform meditation daily, it will not only increase your mental abilities, but it will also strengthen you physically. The Internal Light Meditation is what I have practiced for over 13 years, and I recommend it for all levels of meditators. It is very easy to learn. This meditation has the ability to transform your life. It has worked wonders for me and for many others. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of it, because it is very powerful and there are far too many bene?ts to list them all here.

Internal Light Meditation

Begin with your eyes closed, sitting or lying down. You may fall asleep if you lie down, so you may want to sit in a comfortable chair. You must use your imagination and see a bright sun sitting in the middle of your chest. This light is coming from your heart, and then it will spread throughout your chest. Once the light ?lls your chest completely, then begin to see it move up to the top of your head, through your arms, and out your ?nger tips and palms. Now see the light as it travels down into the stomach and ?lls all of your organs; and then down your legs to the bottom of your feet.

Basically, you start this meditation within your heart and then ?ll your body completely, using your inner light. This is the ?rst step, and once you get good at holding the light within the body, then you can begin to spread it out into your environment and then throughout the world. This meditation is extremely powerful, and once you get good at visualizing the light, it only takes a few minutes to perform daily. You will begin to feel a difference right away!

2.     Balance Your Emotions

This will be one of the most challenging tasks in your journey to develop personal power. Learning how to balance your emotions is essential to stress reduction and to having good heart health. Extreme emotions, whether positive or negative, can create stress on the body, and this will directly affect your heart. So as you begin to apply these 10 strategies to transform your life, you will ?nd it easier to manage your emotions over time. Maintaining a healthy heart is vital to your transformation. A healthy heart will bring greater peace and balance to your life.

 

3.     Develop Positive Self-Talk

Developing positive self-talk is essential to your transformation. Napoleon Hill was very good at teaching this concept to millions of people in the early 20th Century. He called it developing a Positive Mental Attitude, PMA, and he wrote several books and lectures on this topic. His books helped people around the world to understand the power of positive self-talk and how essential it is to their success in life. 4.     Create a List of Positive A?rmations

Positive a?rmations have the power to transform your life. I can’t begin to tell you the bene?ts of using them. You truly have to experience it for yourself. Begin by making a list of everything you think is wrong in your life, and then write the list again, and speak them all in the positive. So, for example, if you say that you have no money, then rewrite that as, I have great wealth and it comes to me easily. This is how you want to start your list of positive a?rmations. Speak them to yourself daily and create more lists as you see ?t. I suggest keeping a list in your car and others throughout your home. In this way, if you begin to move back into old negative patterns of thought, then you will have a list of positive a?rmations handy to get you back on track.

5.     Go for walks in nature

Studies show that daily walks in nature are not only a great way to reduce stress, but they also help to develop good health mentally and physically.

If, for some reason, you are not able to walk, then sit outside under a tree or near a body of water. Just get out of the house and get some fresh air.

6.     Spend less time with electronic devices

This is a challenging one because our modern-day lives are inundated with electronic devices, and this is the very reason why you need to take a break from them. It is a fact that all electronic devices have an effect on our nervous systems, some more than others. But seeing how our lives are ?lled with arti?cial electric magnetic ?elds, EMFs, gives us more reason to remove ourselves from them as much as possible. Maybe we can’t get away from them altogether, but when we take breaks from electronics, our bodies get a rest.

These arti?cial ?elds can be detrimental to our health, and many studies show this. Give your eyes a break from looking at screens, whether on your phone or computers of any kind. Your eyes get stressed out from the frequency of light that is used in these electronic devices, and this can be measured. Many people develop headaches and vision loss due to long-term exposure. 7.     Eliminate Stress

It is said that stress is the number 1 reason for disease, and this is because stress weakens your immune system, making you more vulnerable to disease. Today we have many forms of stress, and we have just spoken of a few. It may be impossible to completely eliminate them all from your life, but do what you can. Start working on those things that create the most stress in your life. 8.     Remove Fear

This may sound a bit strange, but if you think about it, fear creates a lot of stress. If you fear something, then the best way to combat this is to learn more about the thing you fear. 9.     Use Water Therapy & Self Massage

The health bene?ts of hydrotherapy cannot be overstated. This is better known as aquatic therapy today, and it can help you greatly. Most people have very busy lives, and it has become very common to simply jump into the shower and never really get a good soak in the bathtub. I want to encourage you to start taking at least one to two baths per week, if possible. If you don’t have a bathtub, then you can soak your feet.

The bath will be better for you, but if that is not possible, then take time to soak your feet once or twice a week. Adding Dead Sea Salt to your bath or foot soak will aid you greatly. 10.     Take Time to Recharge

Studies show that most people simply do not get enough rest. We are completely overstimulated by all the electronics that are around us. This begins to take a toll on your health and your nervous system. Be mindful that your body needs rest in order to heal and to restore itself. In some countries, it is common to take a break in the middle of the day, to allow for a short nap, but in the United States, this is not our custom. Remember that good health depends on a fully charged body and mind.
