What is the connection between certain healing Hertz frequencies and Feng Shui? Sound frequencies are an important aspect to any environment, including inaudible scalar waves, which are another manifestation of Qi. Hertz frequencies and Feng Shui have some numerical coding in common.
We have 3 Major “Yun” Cycles in the Flying Star School of Feng Shui. Each of the Yuns last 60 years. There is the Upper Yun, Middle Yun and Lower Yun. A 20-year Era is called a Period and there are three Periods in each Yun, totally 60 years. The entire cycle is 3 x 60=180 years and it repeats perpetually.
- The Upper Yun is Period 1, Period 2, and Period 3.
- The Middle Yun is Period 4, Period 5, and Period 6.
- The Lower Yun is Period 7, Period 8, and Period 9.
Do you see a pattern just in the way each of these Yun have been written above? When the flying star chart for a house has a representative from each of the Yun in each of the eight directions, this produces a special house type called Fu Mu San Gua. It can be a lucky house.
There are ten Fu Mu San Gua house charts out of the total 144 different charts. Each direction has a combination of 1-4-7, 2-5-8, and 3-6-9, represented by the mountain dragon, water dragon and Period star. The reason this house type is lucky is because throughout all the cycles, this house “ages” well. Each direction has one star that is in a good phase, “sheng Qi” or “wang Qi.” In the current Period 9 (2024-2043), the best stars are 9, 1, and 2. They can emit the most positive influence. These stars/numbers describe a type of magnetic field.
With the string of numbers (stars) in each direction: 1-4-7, 2-5-8, 3-6-9 you will see in the upcoming chart that there is a 1, 2, or 9 in each direction. It is something “fresh” in each area and that makes the house perpetually good. In the last Period 8, the best stars were 8, 9, 1. Again, with these Solfeggio frequencies, we see that each Fu Mu San Gua chart has 8, 9, or 1 represented in each direction. It is that way for every Period. This is also called the Three Period House because each direction has a representative from each of the three Yun Cycles.
Just as one example, next is a flying star chart for a Period 2 House (last Period 2 was between 1884-1903). The next Period 2 will be 2064-2084. This chart type sits in the Northeast-2 or Northeast-3 range. Said differently, this house faces Southwest-2 or Southwest-3 range.
The flying stars (numerical coding) represent energy which is created in a structure based on year built and its precise compass alignment. My third book, The Feng Shui Continuum, covers all 144 chart types. In each direction you see a grouping of three stars/numbers. The number on the left of the dash is called the Mountain Dragon. The number on the right of the dash is called a Water Dragon. The number positioned below the other two is called the Period star.
What follows next are descriptions of the positive influences of each Hz frequency, with variations on the Solfeggio 1-4-7, 2-5-8, and 3-6-9 patterns. Having these frequencies emanate (from frequency generator devices) can influence you while awake or asleep. The descriptions come from compiled feedback by those who have experimented with and benefited from these Hz frequencies.

741: Detoxification, enhanced self-expression, and problem-solving, cleanse body and mind of toxins and negativity, promote emotional healing, and stimulate intuition and creativity, release blocks and traumas.
714: Cleansing, detoxification, and promoting self-expression, good communication, protect against electromagnetic radiation, and infections, promote problem-solving and creative thinking, balancing the throat chakra and enhancing self-confidence.
417: removes negative energy and facilitates change. Emotional healing and liberation, releases fear, guilt, and sadness, promotes emotional balance and inner strength. Stress reduction and improved sleep. Sacral chakra balancing.
258: Promotes grounding, relaxation, and healing, clear negative energy, balance body and mind, and facilitate deep relaxation, potentially aiding in sleep, pain relief and tissue repair.
285: Physical healing and restoring energy, working at a cellular level to encourage tissue regeneration and repair, boost immune system, calm nerves, balance root chakra.
528: Referred to as the “Miracle Tone” or “Love Frequency,” sound healing and personal well-being, stress reduction, DNA repair, enhanced intuition, foster compassion, equilibrium, improved sleep, enhance metabolic processes, increased vitality, overcome set-backs from alcohol consumption, reduction in cortisol, increase in oxytocin, decrease tension, enhance mood, increase DNA light absorption.
582: Positive transformation, promoting a sense of healing, and balancing energy, mental clarity and focus, reduce anxiety, facilitate connection to higher consciousness.
825: Third Eye Chakra balance, pineal gland, process anxiety, depression, grief, increase wisdom, self-reflection.
852: Awakening intuition, inner guidance, spiritual awareness, stress reduction, promoting relaxation, and clearing negative energy.
369: Attracts positivity, luck, and abundance, connecting to universe, inner peace, release old patterns, achieve goals and dreams. Note: The relationship between 369 Hz and Nikola Tesla is often cited, with Tesla’s theories about the significance of the numbers 3, 6, and 9 inspiring some of the beliefs surrounding this frequency.
396: Root Chakra balancing, reduces worry, stress, and anxiety. Grounding, awakening, sobering, and to return to reality.
963: The 963 Hz frequency, often called the “Frequency of the Gods,” includes enhanced spiritual awareness, mental clarity, and emotional balance, activates pineal gland, linked to higher consciousness and intuition, promotes deep meditation, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves sleep quality. Clears mental fog, linked to crown chakra, supports manifestation practices.
936: Spiritual awakening, intuitive development, connecting to higher consciousness, support emotional balance, reduce stress, and encourage the release of mental and energetic blockages. Stimulates melatonin and serotonin, regulates sleep-wake cycles, crown chakra and third eye chakra.
639: Fostering connection, improves relationships, and promotes emotional healing, understanding, tolerance, and love, can address relationship issues within families, between partners, and among friends, heart chakra balancing.
693: Enhance communication, understanding, and harmonious relationships, increased creativity, intuition, and the ability to manifest desires. Promote cellular communication and encourage positive interactions.
The 7.83 Hz frequency. This frequency is not part of the Solfeggio sequences, but it has a reputation for working in a very therapeutic way. This is the frequency I have the most experience with to date. From the first night I slept with the generator on my nightstand, I noticed a subtle positive difference. I have a history of not getting sound sleep, partially because of a rambunctious nocturnal cat.
Additionally, I have an intermittent, moderate case of ortho-static hypo-tension. This can make me feel light-headed and slight nausea upon waking. Using the 7.83 Hz frequency has brought the symptoms down to almost non-existent, where I feel normal when waking up.
I feel like the 7.83 Hz frequency has given me more energy in the later afternoon, like a mild stimulant. I also feel like it is harder to conjure up or sustain a negative thought when I am around the 7.83 Hz frequency generator. If I try to force myself to concentrate on a worry, my mind just shuts out the thoughts, like it refuses to entertain them.
