WEEK 38 RUNS FROM WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH TO TUESDAY, THE 23RD.
NOTE 1: WEEK 38 is the 9th week of a 10-week cycle in which all the week numbers begin with 3 – the number of COMMUNICATION in all its forms. The strength of the human WILL is defined by its ability to EXPRESS outwardly what is being felt inwardly, but in authoritarian countries around the world, open expression is severely curtailed. And now, the USA and the UK, which have always held “free speech” as an essential and immovable policy, are taking the authoritarian route in an effort to divide the populations there. Tremendous rage – great sadness – and great resolve is being felt in both countries. The human WILL is under attack almost everywhere, with the help of the mainstream media and the communications ‘industry’ in general.
Of course, a system based on oppression, secrecy, and lies will eventually lose its grip if people are aware of how it works. And we cannot help but see the bigger picture, and how it is all connected, as we move deeper into the transparency and openness of the 2000s and the second half of the 2020s decade. The 2 energy promotes truth and Free Will, and represents the power of INSTINCTIVE KNOWING (intuition).

The battle to preserve the old system is getting increasingly evil and terrifying, but those involved are becoming more inept and unable to justify their strategies. This is the energy of the “bully” who is terrified of being exposed as weak.
Matters of race and immigration dominate the world, and have always been a principle tactic of fascism. It was the stirring up of people’s emotions by pitting group against group, religion against religion, nation against nation, culture against culture, which triggered both World Wars in the 1900s.
2 shows us that UNITY, not only between the people of a specific group, but between people of different groups, (diversity), are our strength, depth, and richness – not something to divide us. Our species is HUMANITY, not the “human race”.
The human “race” is a system, the driving force of which is racial hatred. It is a system of competitive greed, founded on delusions of superiority (inflated ego). 1 is the number of ego – and a BALANCED ego is what correct understanding of 1 can help us to attain.

Creative and communicative 3 is the square root of dramatic and emotional 9, and right now, we are traveling through the 9th month of a 9 Global Year (2+0+2+5=9). Although the atmosphere is chaotic, violent, and incredibly sad, both 3 and 9 provide opportunities for imaginations to expand, and new ideas to form.
9 is symbolized by the SPIRAL, and there is nothing predictable about our current spiral-shaped course. We cannot see around its corners, and have no idea what to expect next. And because 9 is at double power throughout September, (triple on the 9th, 18th and 27th), it can feel as if we are spinning out of control. In reality though, we are spinning out of denial, which is a very uncomfortable but necessary evolutional trip.
WEEK 38 is an 11/2 week, (3+8=11/2). When Master Number 11 is derived from 3 and 8, we can suddenly become aware that we already have what we were looking for, but perhaps not in the form we expected. 3 and 8 contain the ingredients of creativity and manifestation, and their combined vibrations can make things appear as if by magic. So be prepared for a personal revelation or two.
8 is more focused and takes itself more seriously than 3. But 3 appeals to the masses and holds people’s attention. 3 is the entertainer. 8 is the manager. And there are many elaborate stage-managed performances happening on the national and world stages right now – play-acting – putting on a show – gaslighting – and in some cases, blatantly acting out a dream which is someone else’s nightmare. We tend to think of “creativity” as being inherently “good”, but terrible things are created, too. It is the intent in our hearts that differentiates between good and bad.
11 is the number of illumination and inspiration, and in this 38/11/2 energy, a new situation or new information comes to light. This “11TH HOUR” energy affects the entire world, not just our own countries or regions. It also signifies our reaction to some kind of flash-point or surprise event that we say we didn’t see coming, but was plain to see all along. We cannot help but live in a state of EMERGENCY as we EMERGE from our denials.
1 is the number of SELF, and 11 is “self-meet-self” energy. In other words, we are having to face our own reflections in the light of reality, instead of the shadows of denial. We are starting to see ourselves as we really are, individually, and collectively.
11 symbolizes individuals who are evolving beyond mere selfishness – into self-awareness, and then self-acceptance. We cannot genuinely accept others if we cannot accept ourselves. And there can be no peace in the outside world without first creating peace within. This is the KEY to fending off this suicidal descent into fascism. 1 requires us to BE the unique human BE–ings we truly are inside.
3 represents COMMUNICATION and MISCOMMUNICATION, CREATIVITY and DESTRUCTIVENESS. 3 is the number of the ARTS, CULTURE, ILLUSION, DECEPTION, GOSSIP, the PLATFORM, the STAGE, STAGED events, and the various STAGES or STEPS needed to complete an undertaking. 3 represents POPULATION, PEOPLE, POPULARITY, FRIENDS and ENEMIES. Observe what is going on around you because in the 3 energy, outer appearances can be deceiving.
The 8 in WEEK 38 brings many aspects of POWER into view, including the power of MONEY. 8 also represents the BULLY and MANIPULATOR. But an aspect of 8 which is often overlooked is the power that comes from ACCURATE UNDERSTANDING. Without that, the hunger for money and power will continue to be the source of the bullying and unnecessary suffering on Earth – and a system that manages economies, so that only those at the “top” can prosper.
8 also represents the POWER that comes from GRATITUDE, being thankful for what we already have, and knowing when enough is enough. 8 represents APPRECIATION, which goes deeper than gratitude because it includes understanding the significance, depth, magnitude, and impact, of whatever we’re dealing with.
2 is the number of CONNECTION, and everything we’re dealing with on Earth today is connected.
From a personal standpoint, WEEK 38 is a time to recognize, appreciate, and USE your natural qualities and talents. Be determined to expand them in some way. By being consciously more creative than we are destructive, more loving than hateful, the WILL of the people will lift itself out of the fascist abyss that is currently swirling around us. We have to believe we can do it, otherwise the weight of our own self-doubt will pull us down.
So, in WEEK 38, try to temper your optimism (3) – with realism (8) – be enlightened (11), and CARE about others as well as yourself (2).

We cannot afford to just sit back and let fate take its course. But it’s easy to believe that there’s nothing we can do to make a difference. After all, we are witnessing the total annihilation of the Palestinian people on our phones and gadgets, and can do nothing to stop it. If I was to truly put myself there, at the emotional level, I believe I would die instantly, if not from Israel’s bombs, guns, and starvation, then from fright, grief, exhaustion, and hopelessness.
We are witnessing the obliteration of the human WILL. But since the WILL is made up of our emotions, (our feminine energy), what we can do is begin to heal our own old emotional wounds and thereby strengthen our own WILL. This is imperative in the shaping of a new and more loving and sustainable way of life on Earth – otherwise we just drag the same old unresolved issues into the future with us, and become totally will-less ourselves.
So, as well as protesting as loudly as we can, and calling this atrocity out, along with other heart-breaking atrocities, we can help to heal the world by healing ourselves. Healing from the past, (emotional healing), is the next giant and imperative step in the human journey.
With so much suffering, hate, and destruction in the world, this energy provides an opportunity to open our imaginations and find our own creative energy within. Just remember that creativity pertains not only to the arts, but most importantly, to the way we live our lives.
The combination of 38/11/2, and the double-9 energy of September 2025, is likely to produce many different levels of fear – and outrage. But this week’s illuminating energy can also transform our feelings into accurate and enlightening intuition, the vibrations of which can shake open and expand our minds with new understanding. Being real, and seeing things as they really are, is how we will find valid solutions to current problems – and evolve.
