Not saying that’s how you feel, but it’s what I think when I see your significator in the second for a question like this.

But, you as Saturn also can’t “see” Venus by aspect, so Venus could represent something about him or his life that you’re unaware of.
The moon is well dignified, but it is sitting in the sixth house so it’s not in the best position. Moon in the sixth makes me wonder if you’re feeling love sick or getting that sick to the stomach feeling that something isn’t right in your relationship with him.
I’m not confident saying whether he’s using you or not from the chart, but his significator is in Mercury’s sign, Venus’ triplicity, Jupiter’s term and Mercury’s face. So not in any of your dignities within the context of this question, which suggests he has other interests or focus areas represented by these planets, their house placements and the houses they rule that are top of mind for him right now. That said, Sun and Saturn are mutually applying by opposition without reception, which is a difficult aspect as it can symbolize delays, trouble, disagreements, eventual separation, etc. Mercury, the ruler of your fifth and eighth whole sign houses, is also applying to Saturn by opposition and meets Saturn first.
Mercury could be translating the light of the Sun to Saturn as it separates from the Sun and next applies to Saturn, but it is a combust Mercury in the whole sign eighth house, so I’m not sure how effectively that Mercury would be able to translate the Sun’s light. Like I said, I’m still learning so if this is not translation of light I hope someone with more experience can chime in and explain. The Moon also aspects Mercury before Mercury opposes Saturn, so even if Mercury is translating the Sun’s light to Saturn, I’m not sure if the Moon here is prohibiting the translation of light.
