It can also motivate you to clean house, both energetically and literally, to eliminate everything that has been dragging you down and extinguishing your inner flame.
It can inspire you to move in a new direction, invest in your joy, reinvent yourself in some way, or reclaim your confidence if it’s been wobbly.
This Leo Full Moon is preparing you for the once-in-a-lifetime cosmic shifts in the coming weeks.
–On the 17th, the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse arrives with the first Eclipse of 2026.
–A few days later, Saturn and Neptune come together in the sign of Aries for the first time in over 5000 years, helping you manifest a whole new, expanded reality with ease.
While I believe every day holds the same amount of possibility and opportunity, magic happens when there’s a feeling of momentum and flow supercharging you every day. It’s like riding giant waves. It feels incredible. Things fall into place. Synchronicity happens.
You can use the Feng Shui for this Full Moon to prepare to ride these waves of momentum and experience enormous success in the many revolutionary and thrilling months ahead!
You are a leader in your life!
This Full Moon wants you to lead in your life in an even bigger way– creating your luck, turning the tides of fortune in your favor, and creating the things you need.
While we can’t control all of life, we have lots more agency than we often acknowledge.
Build up your self-esteem. If you’ve been feeling bad about yourself in any way, turn off the noise and distractions from social media and tune into your greatness.
Clean your mirrors. It’s a symbolic way to signal to yourself and the Universe that you are ready to be more visible. Smile in each mirror as you clean it. You deserve to feel incredible.
Take some time to organize your workspace. Your focus is so powerful that it can move mountains in your life. If your desk is a whirlwind of chaos, it’s very hard to focus. If you have time, clean off your computer desktop screen as well, trashing old files and organizing things so that you can make breakthroughs!
Bring more magnetism to your whole home.
The better your home feels, the more magnetic you will be as well. In fact, it’s essential to change your home when you’re looking to change your life. It’s an extension of your energy field. It’s truly a part of you.
Start with a little housecleaning. Open the windows while you clean to release any stuck or stale vibes that no longer serve you. As you clean, imagine you’re vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and washing away old patterns of self-criticism and low self-esteem so that you can shine brighter.
You can even repeat a fabulous affirmation as you clean, blanketing your house in power. A favorite I’m using as the Leo Full Moon approaches is from Emile Coué: “Every day in every way, I’m getting better, better, and better.”
Freshen your home energy by using more fire.
- Turn on extra lights at home if it’s dark outside.
- Light lots of non-toxic candles to symbolically burn off heavy vibes.
- Consider adding a tiny pinch of cinnamon in every corner of every room to feel more grounded and attract more money.
- Cook up a simmering scent pot: fill a pot with water and add lots of your favorite herbs, spices, and fruit (mint, cinnamon, cloves, and chopped up oranges, lemons, and apples are all favorites). Simmer it on low heat to fill your home with freshness. Keep a close eye on it as it simmers, or do this in a crock pot or slow cooker for safety.

Do a Release Ritual as you commit to your big goals.
This Full Moon is linked to the purifying energy of the sun. It’s a fantastic time to purify your emotions and release any resentment, grudges, upsets, or anger that might be lingering in your heart.
- Grab some paper and write out everything you’re ready to release. Include all the feelings, habits, thoughts, and distractions that weigh on you.
- Then, shred up your list, feeling the release of all that energy as you tear it into bits.
- Now, you can dump that list in the trash or safely burn it in an old pot or fireplace.
As the Lunar New Year approaches, commit to your big visions for the year ahead. If you haven’t set goals yet, you might start now. If you have set some goals, you might begin to clarify them now.
We’re entering into a period of unfathomably new energy. There are no limits to what you can do, create, experience, give, or receive. Claim (or reclaim) all of your power, revitalize yourself, and get ready to be amazed at how epic life can be.
