need to sit him down and for one….have a last gasp discussion. possibly you and his brother. some sort of intervention. he has taken liberty and laziness to hight of incredulity. you are his mother not his support system. you now need help. you are elderly for g sake! stop feeding him. no food, no heating…. pay or starve. you might want to move out yourself to visit someone for this bit…. give him two weeks food and electricity and warning of impending cut…. and cut both. he will have two weeks to find something. suggest deliveries or shelf stacking etc since he probably has no education.
you could also warn hum in twi weeks you are changing locks. harsh.
or rent your home so you dont lose it so you get rent and move to a one room.
