I was contacted on LinkedIn for a job in luxury retail in a capital city that is a 45 minutes commute from me.
I have had my own company for the last 12 years and haven’t worked full time for ages, and when I’ve been employed in the past, I’ve only lasted about 1,5 yrs before getting burnt out.
The job would be going into the office 3 days a week, the rest 2 days from home.
I’m just concerned it will be too much for me. I am so happy living a calm life not working too much, and pursuing other things including my own writing.
I’ve never been interested in climbing the corporate ladder. I hate giving presentations (have to take Inderal), and it seems there would be quite some of those with many different stakeholders involved.
Does the chart say anything about me getting the job, but not maintaining it for too long?
So much in my chart is activated right now. Jupiter on Venus, Uranus on Mars, Saturn with North Node squaring my Mercury/Venus midpoint. In the job I would be writing about luxury jewellery.
All astrologers say that Libra ascendants are due for a job/career change, and I do feel that I was a bit tired of my last projects, but I don’t know if this job is my next step?
I also know that Mars is on my North Node and Pluto on South Node, so everything is very fated. I have always hated presentations and high pressure jobs, so could this node activation be more about following my heart than what “society” deems desirable?

As I feel now, I will decline the job if I am offered it, as I value my freedom and mental health more, even if I haven’t got any other projects at the moment because I have been enjoying a bit of a break after an intense work project. A break where I thought I would work on my book more, but then this comes along. Maybe it’s just for me to strengthen my conviction in my own project more. Is there anything in my chart that says that I really do do so much better self-employed? I certainly feel that. In human design, I am a Manifestor type and they need their freedom
