What people often don’t realize is that they have a whole series of behavior habits for things that happen and things they do.
For example, if you are hard of hearing, then after awhile you stop listening to what people say since you can’t hear them anyhow. If you get a hearing aid, it doesn’t mean that you will instantly hear what people are saying: you have a whole series of behavior habits where you don’t listen. You have to suddenly pay attention to people.
Any behavior can be like this. If you have an out of bounds Mars, then you will tend to be much more aggressive and pushy toward other people, and you will have behavior habits to go along with this. If you want to fix it, you will need to stop and thing ahead before your actions to determine if you are doing these out of bounds Mars negative things, and transmute them to OOB positive things instead.
People also assume that by moving to a new place where, for example, the 11th house of friendship is augmented, they will suddenly have more friends. But if you still have the behavior habit of not listening, then the potential of the new environment will not be realized for you.
