The Full Moon itself makes no other aspects to any of the other planets, so its completely standalone.
So we would need to look at the ruling planet, which is involved in numerous configurations:
An Air Grand Trine of ruler Uranus Gemini, with Mars Libra, and Pluto Aquarius.
A Mini Trine with Mercury Leo retrograde, and Saturn/Neptune Aries.
Furthermore, Uranus is at the apex of a less common Envelope aspect, as you can see in the chart.
The envelope aspect is meant to represent, “a smooth transition from struggle, a choice, break to clearing. There are opportunities for searching freely, demonstrating personal initiative, and innovating. Struggle passes smoothly into freedom.“

I’m not sure how the envelope aspect will play out, as its not often we get this transit, so I can’t really offer an interpretation until it actually arrives. Everyone most welcome to offer ideas 
However, as the Full Moon is in Aquarius, there is a general emphasis on seeking freedom, independence, liberation, autonomy, space, the future in terms of being ahead of its time.
Also the unexpected, thinking outside of the box, left field events, the abstract. In a nutshell, Aquarius is all about the “something different“.
I am cautious about interpreting the Aquarius Full Moon and the wider Envelope aspect as a “sudden miraculous liberating break to freedom”, as that feels far too idealistic and hopeful.
Especially given the dire state of the world in general, and those who are in power, who really are going through great lengths to destroy (Pluto) our freedoms (Aquarius).
Next month, Pluto does enter out of bounds territory for the first time since the 1940s. It will be OOB to the South, the last time that happened was in the 1770s. Let’s see what happens then.
Maybe the upcoming Full Moon might be a foreshadowing of the bigger Pluto Aquarius OOB, which starts on September 11th (yes, a very infamous date). September is also Eclipse month, so things may get very intense!
