The last chart had a very focused, narrowly defined Fixed Grand Square, in which everything fed back into itself. Same medical issues repeated and reenforced.
The above chart seems very different in that there are three strong T-squares, involving cardinal, fixed and mutable planets. And a Water Grand Trine overlaying the 3 T-squares.
All I can really get is a feeling about what the various issues might be. And I could be totally off, because there are a couple of things that stand out, but ?
OK
Merc, chart ruler in 5th in pisces—: in detriment and fall
Potentially weak immune system, vulnerability to infections, and possible alcohol/drug cravings?
Chart type is scattered —maybe one’s energies are spread too thin?
3 T-Squares: Neptune/Libra, Saturn/Scorpio, Venus/Aquarius

Venus=Mars/Saturn [T-Sq]—Venus: Being angry, withholding feelings which simmer. Fear of arguing with others, and with one’s lover in particular. To hold on to resentments toward one’s partner, or toward anyone with whom one is relating.
So the native wants to have intimate love relationships but at same time, those same relations put a lot of pressure upon him
Emotionally–Mars/Saturn=Repressing anger leads to much pent-up energy and frustration which can potentially drain one. Feeling inadequate about one’s sexual abilities. Insecurities
This opposition can be an internal struggle with one’s sexuality and one’s physical desires
Mars/8th in Taurus has strong physical desires while Saturn/Scorpio in 2nd might have reservations and regret?

Mars/Saturn opposition in Taurus /Scorpio——Venus under pressure from one’s sensual urges?
medically-Mars/Saturn midpoint — issues related to bones and joints, and potential physical ailments like infections, inflammation, and allergies

—–Mars is associated with inflammation and infectious diseases.
====Opposing Saturn, the internal friction and suppressed anger can be internalized and manifest as inflammatory issues [Taurus/Scorpio—sexual organs, bowels, with Venus involved maybe kidneys, blood sugar, thyroid?
with Venus at mars/saturn midpoint= stress upon kidneys/urinary system. Circulatory system, poor blood flow possible in ankles, legs?

So to me it seems like a mixed bag. lol
