Thank you for your kind words. If you want a meditation practice that is not guided or based on mindfulness of your breath, then I would recommend Primordial Sound Meditation. Look on my site for more information and where the nearest teacher is located. This is a mantra based meditation and it makes you entirely self-sufficient in your practice—no CDs, no tapes, no one and nothing  else is required except the ability to have a thought and a place to sit with your eyes closed.
