In this 6 minute video, I”m going to share some tips to keep your head above water while experiencing the chaos.
- Anchor into Your Body
Even a 5-minute walk outside, barefoot on the grass, or deep belly breathing helps signal to your nervous system that you’re safe. Check out some breathwork events. You can attend them live or virtually. Either was is AHMAAAZING!
2. Limit the Noise
Do yourself a favor and cut back on media, news, and scrolling.
Protect your energy by choosing who and what you engage with intentionally.
3. Create Small Rituals of Calm
Why not try morning journaling, lighting a candle and sitting quietly, even savoring your coffee instead of rushing? Small changes make an enormous difference.
4. Reconnect to What’s Meaningful
Reach out to someone you love.
Do one thing every day that makes you feel alive — even if it’s just singing your favorite song like a rock star in your car!
