BTW, I use Placidus not whole or Regiomontanus. Placidus is what my favorite Horary author used.
Moon is again aspecting a Arabic part which might easily be seen as being th cause for a divorce. So the question remains adequate for horary.
1. Moon is not in Mutual reception, so its not an easy action for you in getting out of the marriage
2. Moon is still between malefics(no matter how far away):
a) you feel pressure to do this now
b) the effort to do it is going to be a lot more than you think it is right now
c) Something that happened in the past is going to interfere with an easy movement toward the divorce
3. MOON is in an angular house so the obstacles to doing this will be fairly quickly apparent to you
4. But the Moon is also in Virgo so it likely that it is going to take more time and cost more that you think. The fact that you are asking if its a good time suggests you are already aware of the obstacles if only in the back of your mind in some way
5. Moon has a lot of aspects before leaving the sign, so it won’t be an easy process, though not impossible
6. Moon’s final planetary aspect before leaving the sign is with Saturn. Saturn represents discipline and hard roads to work through
7. there is an exact Ptolemaic aspect between the ruler of the asc and the ruler of the house asked about: If you are willing to go through the gauntlet you can do it.
While there was some slight change, I think the conclusion, using the Moon’s change impact, is pretty much the same.
You can do this if you persevere, but it may take more effort and more hassle than you are willing to do. But unlike the previous one, you are more likely to see these obstacles in the beginning.
So the question for you is whether you want to persevere and make it happen now or not? Remember that a horary question answer is good for 6-9 months normally.
Please let us know what you decide to do and how accurate my presentation turns out to be.
