Mars is in Cancer, its fall sign, so she might find it difficult to express this energy in a productive manner, and she channels this into some sort of emotional form (i.e. when she’s losing while playing a sport, instead of channeling her anxiety into playing harder and investing more effort, she frustrates). Given the fact that her Ascendant’s ruler is the Moon, in Aries, and conjunct Uranus, she may tend to express this energy rather explosively and, in an outburst-ly manner (that explains the outbursts you mention).
Considering how her Mercury is in opposition with her Saturn, she may have some natural issues for communicating stuff with others, however, the Moon acts as easier for that aspect, so in the rate she’s emotionally ‘unwell’, the more she will have trouble expressing, so she just clogs up everything to herself, and sooner or later, Uranus kicks in and outbursts it (just like a volcano). It’s interesting to note that her Lunar Nodes act as an easier for that aspect as well, so it may mean that part of her ‘mission’ in this life is to be able to express what she feels and thinks in a constructive manner, regardless of how she’s feeling (the nodes’ influence tends to ease as time passes by, so right now you might note this as a rather improbable outcome).
If you want to talk with her about it, my advice is to do so when she’s calmed, because that seems to be when she is able to express/communicate better.
I recommend taking into account that she’s still very young, she still doesn’t quite understand herself nor her reactions; Her first Saturn square will soon come to pass, it usually signifies a time for ‘growing up’… Beware, though, Saturn aspects are never easy: It will probably be a tough time for her, but it will have a maturing effect on her in the long run.

I don’t find a direct ‘solution’ to such a complex configuration; However, considering all that I have mentioned, I consider the passage of time a viable remedy for her situation (and thus, yours).
