In Virgo (from August 2015 to September 2016), Jupiter motivated us to take pride in our health, work, services, and routines.
In Libra (from September 2016 to October 2017), Jupiter expanded our awareness of our partnerships, the need to slip into our partners’ shoes, the importance of equality, and our diplomacy skills.
In Scorpio (from October 2017 to November 2018), Jupiter expanded our awareness of our intimate relationships, personal power, and coping skills.
In Sagittarius (from November 2018 to December 2019), Jupiter urged us to increase our cultural and spiritual awareness, expand our higher minds, broaden our experiences, and have faith in the universe.
In Capricorn (from December 2019 to December 2020), Jupiter urged us to define goals, seek out tangible results, act ethically and maturely, and to take a disciplined and step-by-step approach to realize our goals.
In Aquarius (from December 2020 to May 2021, and July 2021 to December 2021), Jupiter expanded our awareness of our place in the community, encouraging fairness, impartiality, individuality, and humanitarianism. We reaped rewards through being more inclusive and just. And, we opened our minds to progress.
In Pisces (from May 2021 to July 2021, December 2021 to May 2022, October to December 2022), Jupiter expanded our compassion, generous spirit, and desire to help.
Jupiter in Cancer
Jupiter spends many months in the sign of Cancer, staying a little over a year in the sign. The last time Jupiter transited Cancer was from June 2013 to July 2014. What we started during the last Jupiter-in-Cancer period is now enjoying a Jupiter return — it’s going through a rebirth, of sorts — so that it might blossom, increase, or require adjustments in order to grow further.
Before then, Jupiter was in Cancer from July 2001 to August 2002, July 1989 to August 1990, August 1977 to December 1977, April 1978 to September 1978, February 1979 to April 1979, September 1965 to November 1965, May 1966 to September 1966, and January 1967 to May 1967, and more.
If you have Jupiter in Cancer in your natal chart, then YOU are enjoying a Jupiter return. You’re enjoying some bounties, but you’re also seeing possibly more promising directions, paths, or projects. It’s a time to start projects or activities that lead to greater fulfillment.
