To begin karmic healing with Reiki, first, choose a spiritual guide or ascended master to assist you. This could be Jesus, Buddha, Kuan Yin, Krishna, Mother Mary, Saint Germain, or even an archangel such as Michael or Raphael. The key is to choose a being whose essence resonates with your soul.

Once chosen, cultivate a relationship with them. You’ll do this by sending Reiki to them daily in meditation, offering your energy not as a demand but as a sacred act of devotion and alignment.

Begin with stillness. Enter a meditative state.

Invoke the Reiki energy, and if you’re attuned to Level 2 or above, use a symbol like Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen or Sei He Ki.

Send this energy to your chosen guide, visualizing a golden thread of connection between you.

Offer a simple prayer affirming your openness to healing, wisdom, and karmic clarity.

This is not a quick fix—it’s a relationship you build. Daily repetition (ideally at the same time each day) helps to strengthen this spiritual bond. Over time, you may even begin to feel the subtle presence of this being in your life—a sign that the connection is becoming sacred and real.

Phase 2: The Healing – Requesting Karmic Support

Once your connection with the enlightened being is strong and consistent, you may begin to ask for help in healing specific karmic threads.

Enter meditation as before and invoke Reiki.

Visualize the issue or challenge that feels karmic—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Send Reiki with focused intention to this issue through the enlightened being, requesting their assistance in helping you cleanse or transmute the karma involved.

Again, include a prayer—this time specifically asking for healing, karmic release, and the wisdom to integrate the lesson behind the challenge.

Suggested structure:

5–7 minutes of Reiki and prayer to the enlightened being.

5–10 minutes of Reiki directed to the issue or karmic wound.

5 minutes of continued Reiki, reaffirming your commitment to healing and inner transformation.

During or after the session, you may experience subtle shifts—emotional releases, vivid dreams, or new insights. These are signs that healing is unfolding. The karmic lesson does not always arrive as a lightning bolt; it often comes as a gentle change in consciousness, a new choice, and a softened heart.

A Sacred Reminder

This practice is not a “cure-all.” Karma is layered, nuanced, and often complex. Healing may take weeks, months, or a lifetime. If a karmic wound reappears, it’s not a failure—it simply means a deeper layer is rising for integration.

Reiki is a sacred tool, not a shortcut to bypass the soul’s lessons and recalibration. But consistency, devotion, and humility can illuminate the path and ease the burdens we carry across lifetimes.
