Dear Reader,
September could become a turning point month for you, for two eclipses are due. Of all the tools that the universe can use during the full sweep of a year, eclipses are the most dramatic ones it uses, for the eclipses have a way of instantly springing us into action.
Eclipses act like birth pangs, banging and clanging against each other, that rapidly give way to a completely new set of circumstances. They pour a huge spotlight on a situation, almost always offering a new piece of information that changes your perspective and brings a flash of insight.
We often say, “Wait! This is not the right time! Why is this happening now? I am too busy!” But the universe simply bellows a deep, hearty laugh. You will feel the strong hand of the universe on your back, firmly pushing you forward, ready or not.
Eclipses are on a mission to create progress and productivity, and they tend to home in on situations that have languished for too long without a conclusion, a plan, or a strategy, or that have shown no signs of growth. They make us pay attention to conditions we may have dismissed, ignored, underestimated, misunderstood, or never even noticed.
Both full moon lunar eclipses and new moon solar eclipses can make us feel emotional or sentimental. Lunar eclipses usually make us feel the passage of time, however, as something will often come to an end with a full moon eclipse. We become so consumed with the details of life, we fail to see the panoramic picture and the meaning we give to our lives—eclipses help us step back and do that. Eclipses help us become motivated to find ways to make more of the time we have and to create purposeful goals and relationships.
In any given year we usually have four eclipses, and that is true for 2025. We can have as many as eight eclipses in one year, and those years require a lot of adjustment. This month we have two (we already had two eclipses back in March). Eclipses arrive every five and half months and remain in one family of signs for 18 to 24 months before moving to a new family of signs. We are currently experiencing the series in Virgo and Pisces, and they will arrive on September 7 as a lunar eclipse in Pisces and on September 21-22 as a solar eclipse in Virgo.
This series started back on September 17, 2024, with a lunar full moon eclipse in Pisces, and continued this year on March 13, 2025, with a lunar full moon eclipse in Virgo.
This series will continue in 2026 on March 3, 2026, with another lunar eclipse in Virgo and on August 28, 2026 with a lunar eclipse in Pisces.
Looking at this list, you will notice so many of the eclipses are full moon (lunar) eclipses. No matter what your sign happens to be, if you feel that lately you are sweeping out the old to make way for the new, you are right. Full moons give us closure or a finish and allow us to turn a page to something new.
This Virgo-Pisces series will end on February 20, 2027, again as a full moon lunar eclipse in Virgo.
In your September forecast I wrote a highly detailed analysis of events that I feel you can expect this month. As always, be sure to check your Sun sign forecast and the forecast for your rising sign. If you only check one and skip the other, you will only have 50 percent of your outlook. Your rising sign is equal in importance to your Sun sign (there is no need to read for your moon sign—your natal moon reflects your emotional state, and I bet you already know what that is), so please read for both your rising sign and Sun sign.
We are fortunate, for this family of eclipses is not as severe as some of the eclipses we had in recent years. The September 7 eclipse has an especially bright outlook because Jupiter will be in such a perfect position to shower it with his happiness, expansion, and good fortune. Jupiter is known to bring financial benefits, too.
Now, let’s turn to a different topic—my new TV show! You might be aware that on August 8 I started a professionally produced interactive TV show which is NOT on your TV but is seen on your computer, tablet, or your smart phone through the Internet. It is called “Susan Miller LIVE on The Astrology Zone Network.”
On the show, I first give you information on a popular astrological topic, and then we go to the audience for the “Ask Me Anything” portion of the show (which is the lion’s share of the show). There are two shows each month, each two hours long, and you will never see advertising or commercials.
No previous knowledge of astrology is necessary, and the show is designed to be interesting to both men and women.
My show is member supported, and the cost is $25 dollars per month (for the two shows), and your membership would be on auto-renewal. You can cancel at any time. If you choose to buy an annual plan, you get a 25 percent discount, and the cost per month drops to $20 a month for the two 2-hour shows.
When you come to the stage on the show, I can see you, you can see me, and the audience can see and hear us both on a split screen.
I enjoy doing the show so much! I have had two shows so far in August, and I’m even getting to the readers who have been present both times. I have asked each guest who asked a question to return in a month or two to let us all know how things worked out.
My mother, who was quite an astrological scholar, taught me astrology, and she said I would need to study with her for 12 years before reading the charts of others outside our family. She said at the onset that she would let me know when she felt I was ready, and I listened to her. I am an accredited astrologer in the esteemed International Society of Astrological Research (ISAR).
My mother always emphasized the importance of getting feedback after analyzing a person’s chart, for getting feedback is the best way to sharpen your interpretation skills. Now we have the technology to get lots of reader feedback, and this show allows me to ask the reader questions—I love that this show is a two-way communication. It is so exciting. Best of all, when you are a member of our community (having subscribed), you can join in the conversation and ask the person on the stage a question too, to fully round out the astrological question we are studying.
My platform is run on FiresideChat.com, and here is the URL to sign up: https://f.chat/xhqh
If you ever have technical questions joining the show, the crackerjack techs at Fireside Chat are standing by to help you. You will get a fast response if you write to: [email protected]
You will see a list of topics that I will be discussing each week. The list is on my website and on FiresideChat.com’s website. If you would like to see the agenda of shows, go to my site here: https://www.astrologyzone.com/events/
The next show will be Saturday September 13 at 2:00 PM EDT as the second show of a special three-part series I call our Eclipse Watch Special Report. On the September 13 show we will share stories about the latest September 7 eclipse, which we will have just come through. We will analyze how eclipses work in real life, with live attendee examples. I will suggest solutions to various challenges (if any) and ways to take advantage of opportunities that can come up, too.
The second show will happen on Friday September 26 at 6:00 PM EDT.
On that show we will analyze the solar eclipse of September 21-22 and share more stories, and you will be able to ask a question concerning the eclipses. There will be lots of lively audience participation.
My producer will keep track of the signs to be sure all 12 signs are addressed. (We will not go in the order of the signs, but mix things up and speak to all the signs in random order.) Once I cover the 12 signs, I will answer additional questions from more attendees of any sign, if time permits. I will give thoughtful answers to all questions.
To be responsive to your needs, I am scheduling shows on different days of the week and at different times of the day to see what works best for the audience. The show attracted quite an international group from all continents, so I am bridging many time zones. I will listen to your suggestions about the scheduling of my show. I am still experimenting!
On the last show, Friday August 19, we had a serious, unexpected technical difficulty that caused the show to abruptly quit after 13 minutes. The techs at Fireside Chat worked furiously to reinstate the show 24 minutes later. When I returned, they had to give the show a different file name. If you see two shows on August 19 in the archives (once you subscribe you’ll have access to the archives), you now know why. Some members of the audience did not realize I was coming back. I will always come back, and we are contacting each one of those participants this week.
If you ever get closed out of the show because we had a technical difficulty, please IMMEDIATELY go to my social media on X (Twitter)—@astrologyzone, or go to Facebook—@Susan Miller’s Astrology Zone. I chose those two social media platforms because they allow me to easily post a message to you along with a members-only URL in the body of my urgent message post to you. (The URL I will post will be a different URL than the one you used for entry.)
When the show abruptly went off the air, I had no way to send you an SMS, so going to my social media is the best solution. I will also always give you an estimate of how long it will be to reinstate the show.
You don’t have to post on X or Facebook if you don’t want to, but please consider joining one or the other social media so you can read my message to you in an emergency post. Hopefully, we will never have this happen again!
If you are a subscribed member of the show, you can always hear a show after it is over as Fireside Chat will archive it and post it a day or two later for you to view at your leisure.
Here is another handy thing to know about the achieved shows: the first 10 minutes of the show will be nearly silent because that is when “doors open” and people are streaming into the virtual room. Just fast forward, and you will hear and see the show in its entirety.
Again, here is the URL to go to if you would like to learn more about my interactive show and to sign up: https://f.chat/xhqh
I hope you will become a member of our warm community.
I want to meet you!
Warmly,
Susan
