Obviously, it depends on a) the aspects it makes in your chart, and b) if there are any other adverse transits currently occurring that may overshadow this. But it does look quite promising.
The Moon is in its domicile in Cancer, and is closely conjunct Jupiter in its exaltation in Cancer. It comes after the Solstice, and the Sun/Jupiter synodic cycle. Themes of home, family (literally, or metaphorically – Jupiter), the past, lineages, ancestry, even your home country, may be a focus.
Furthermore, it makes a sextile to Mars Virgo, which would be beneficial for productivity, getting things done, organising. It would be arranging things in order, to provide the comfort and care that is needed. With Virgo, there could be health matters, ailments, the medicinal, that becomes the driving force.
Cancer is a Cardinal sign, it’s nurture but not the warm cookies and fleece blankets kind (thats more Venus), its active and it takes the lead and initiative in caring for the most vulnerable. There is sometimes a fiercely militant side to Cancer, protecting the ones that are unable to defend themselves.
Talking of Venus, it helps that Venus is also in its domicile sign, and makes a trine to the Virgo South Node.
Virgo is a sign considered helpful and loves to assist (I’ve not met a single Virgo that isn’t!), and with supportive aspects from Mars Virgo to the New Moon and Jupiter, it could be that the assistance you need, or for someone you care about, becomes activated. Mars also leads.
We have got the square to Saturn and Neptune Aries, but these are separating squares, which indicates events already passed, or what is known.
And also, an inconjunct to Pluto Aquarius, again, a separating aspect. Pluto is at the apex point of a Yod between the New Moon and Mars Virgo.
Pluto at the apex being what collective overarching transformations are already underway. Pluto has been sustained at 3° Aquarius since 5th March, and will be up until 8th July, that’s four months at the same degree!
Aquarius is independent and can be stubbornly so, whereas both Cancer and Virgo involve others, whether to protect (Cancer) or to assist (Virgo). Jupiter is about generosity.
Maybe this new Moon implies you don’t have to manage things alone, help and care is readily available 
whether you like it or not!
