It’s conjunct Mercury in its domicile in Gemini, so the emphasis on communication, receiving (Moon) some information, news, messages (Gemini). Possibly a flurry of information, or information about two things, as Gemini is a double bodied sign, the twins.
The New Moon and Mercury is in an out of sign conjunction to Uranus Taurus, but a trine to Pluto Aquarius retrograde, the sign which Uranus rules.
It could be that any news or messages received may come as a shock but not a surprise. Or it could come as a breakthrough, something left field. With the Gemini angle, there may be some duality at play.
The trine brings the ease to embrace the unexpected, even if it comes as a jolt. Uranus and Pluto are heavyweight outer planets, awakenings and transformation are heightened.
The New Moon also sextiles Saturn newly in Aries, which is tightly conjunct Neptune. We would need to wait until Saturn enters Aries to understand it – entering the sign only 2 days before this New Moon, during the Balsamic phase.
But as the New Moon is in sextile to Saturn and Neptune, it suggests any new information or messages coming through, would be more integrated, and worked upon.
Saturn, the planet of reality and limitations …. meets Neptune, the planet of mysteries and the limitless. In Aries, the first brave step into the unknown. And Gemini puts it all into words.
This lunation also contains the Jupiter Gemini at the bendings of the Nodes, reshaping the course of destiny and adding meaning to it, a spiritual or philosophical sense of purpose.
This will be the last lunation with Jupiter Gemini. The day before the Full Moon Sagittarius, ruling planet Jupiter will move into its exaltation in Cancer.
