Memie, from what I can see, the charts supplied are in Whole Sign house system, not used by too many forum members. Could you post a natal chart through the Placidus house system with secondary progressions and transits, either through your chosen website or, preferably, via Astro. com. After entering birth details on Astro. com, click on it, then click on the Extended section and scroll down to Prognoses and the chart possibility mentioned (highlighted).
That said, reading your post made me immediatley think of Saturn’s transit through Pisces. Saturn is ruler of Capricorn and the traditional ruler of Aquarius (through Moon aspects?).
It was therefore interesting to see that the natal chart showed a Sun-Mercury conjunct Ascendant in Capricorn, BUT a very close Moon-Neptune in Aquarius.
Although you write that he got into, and was led by the wrong crowd of friends(MO-NE), his strong Capricorn side is mentally well aware of the difference between the rules applying to societal living and what is right and what is wrong (CP). Conscience can say, ‘No, I won’t’ just as easy as lack of it says ‘yes, I will’. Capricorn is incined to show guilt by ‘do the crime, pay the time’. This is Taurus’s influence dealing with physical facts that natal Saturn retrograde in the sign has now brought home to him, activated through the transit Uranus (ruler Aquarius and influence of ‘the group’ and non-societal behaviour) conjunction to it.
From chart factors he appears to be over 21 years of age, thus charged as an adult. He knew that he was doing wrong with his ‘friends’, even if he was not the killer of the event. Judgement and sentancing will be accordingly, probably occuring with a transiting alignment between Jupiter- Saturn, plus tr. Pluto to his natal/ progressed chart.
A hard lesson from Saturn of both Capricorn and Aquarius from which to learn.
