Background: Cliques have formed at work and I am being spoken about unkindly (unwarranted). The ringleader is a person I line manage. I attempted to address competency issues regarding patient safety (we work in healthcare) and was met with aggressive / confrontational behaviour (the person stared at me for 10 seconds in silence in at attempt to intimidate/dominate me) resulting in immediate termination of the meeting. Subsequently, I have raised a complaint.
The person made contact with me outside of work (unprofessional and did not reply) and attempted to gaslight me saying that she didn’t know what happened between us. The person is very manipulative and this was not sincere. Unfortunately, my manager doesn’t seem to see the issues with her professional conduct (or lack of) and is not acknowledging the poor safety standards in the department. Both my manager and I have legal obligations to ensure patient safety as registered health professionals.
The question is what will be the outcome of my complaint?
Basic Interpretation:
Me/1st – Mars in Cancer in 9th: Fall, very weak. Aptly placed as I am attempting to uphold legal principles and clinical safety standards (also my values as a professional). I felt very, very unsafe and upset by the behaviour. I felt intimidated, aptly reflected by Mars not feeling strong enough to retaliate (of course I wouldn’t, that would’ve made me equally as unprofessional).
Her/7th – Venus R in Pisces in 4th: Exalted, strong. Female. Placed in reversed 10th house (work environment). Q) – Can an exalted position, despite being reflected by Venus, represent having power over me who is in fall and weak rather than them being benevolent?
Boss/HR/10th – Mercury R in 4th – Fall, weak. Aptly placed in 4th/10th – End of the matter/Work environment. Moves to conjunct Venus (in HR/Boss’s fall) and then to trine me.
? Saturn – 3rd communication / reversed 9th (possibly HR?) – conjuncts Mercury/Venus then, trines me (I’m in Saturn’s fall) and squares the moon. Possible that the outcome won’t be in my favour OR, another issue arises?
Work Colleagues – 6th/12th – Mars/Venus. Possibly representing the split in the team.
4th – End of the Matter – Jupiter in 9th, trining moon.
