Will they react negatively to me tomorrow?

Sigh. This is about my coworkers with seniority who I just can’t seem to find consistent footing with. I made a small faux pas that was publicly “poo-poo’d” by making a joke in our chat that wasn’t appreciated. Every time this happens it causes me a lot of worry as I’m still in my first year in my new position, and hope to continue to get better, but will need to rely on them + experience to do it. If they don’t like me I’m afraid they won’t help me and I’ll fail ot just receive more disapproval.

I am L1 Scorpio, and Mars in Leo – they are Taurus. I see 2 things right away – they are in Mars’ detriment in Taurus AND all that Mars’ energy is somewhat stifled in the cadence 6H. If you wanted to read this more intuitively, thats their 12H which certainly shows them in detriment being in Aries, even angry. I’m hopeful since it’s a cardinal signs that it will be a quick type of anger though…? I also see Sun’s applying aspect squaring the MC in Leo, would this signify me since my 1H significator is in Leo too?

The positive thing I see is Venus IS trining Mars in an applying aspect, so this could mean they would not react negatively… my own anxieties though also wonder if both of us being in fire signs mean we will knock it on the head though too.

For context, our team overall has had a lot of upsetting changes and is under a bit of stress. They lost 2 of their longtime supervisors right before I was hired, and our direct sup was fired. Our other supervisor finally had enough of the additional responsibilities and took a lateral transfer and we’ve been told they don’t know if they’re filling either of the 2 positions. So, Venus in Aries in the turned 12H does make sense there.

4 of my coworkers have worked together for quite awhile, and I keep comparing myself to the other new person who was hired 3 months before me. They are seemingly excelling, but I still struggle in my confidence. I want my senior coworkers to like me in general. They’re all quite smart and funny, and I hope to stay here for a bit too before moving on if I do.

Moon also has no aspect to Sun, is opposing Venus and next applying aspect is with myself. TBH I was considering taking tomorrow off as a sick day! I should just go face the music though. Moon is also not quite in limbo as its not in 15 degrees of Libra, but IS in my 12H and unable to act, plus receiving quite a bit of stress in those oppositions to Aries. Does this mean I do it to myself? Whether literally or figuratively?

Any insight? It is so draining to go up and down with them all the time….
