September 2025 is bringing us a double dose of 9 energy. This is a 9 Universal Year and September is a 9 Universal Month. That’s a lot of intensity. The 9 vibration asks us to wrap things up, release what no longer serves us, and step into completion. But here’s the danger. If you try to keep pushing, striving, and fixing everyone else’s problems, you’re going to hit a wall, and seriously, that’s ‘gonna leave a mark.
Let me ask you honestly …

- Is your ego driving you to keep doing, doing, doing—just to feel worthy?
If so, this month is your red flag. The 9 isn’t asking you to hustle harder. Nope. It’s asking you to let go, trust in the process and rest. It’s time to restore.
Remember, you are a human being, not a human doing.
The truth is, if you don’t give yourself time to recharge, you will burn out, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And when that happens, you won’t be able to serve anyone, not even yourself. What the??
This September, give yourself permission to step back and release what has been draining you. As scary as they may appear, it’s time to allow endings to happen without forcing a new beginning; at least not just yet. When you rest, you realign with your true purpose, and from that place, you’ll have the strength to support others in a way that’s sustainable, and that just feels good.
You know what it feels like when you swim against the tide? Don’t do that! You don’t have to do that! Pay attention to what has been draining you so that you can release it and start swimming WITH the tide in your life. I believe that’s what they mean by saying “get into the flow already!”
