WEEK 8 RUNS FROM THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH TO WEDNESDAY THE 25TH.
There is always an intensity about WEEK 8 because 8 represents all forms of POWER in the material world. The 1 energy of 2026 focuses on the power of INDIVIDUALS. Given the hellish conditions everywhere on Earth, where it seems that no one is accountable, the sheer number of sick and evil individuals in positions of power, (and not only those associated with Jeffrey Epstein), is becoming even more apparent.
8 represents prosperity, manifestation, making things happen, the financial and business world, accurate understanding, and karmic balance. 8 represents the wonderful feeling of SATISFACTION (contentment), which comes from truly appreciating what you’ve already got. The power of APPRECIATION is a fundamental aspect of the 8 energy. But it cannot compete with a constant desire for more, more, more.
This brings us to 8‘s shadow side in which lack of appreciation eliminates satisfaction, and brings on the disease of GREED.
Greed diminishes our personal power to the extent that we have to disempower others, through bullying, manipulation, and cruelty, and steal their power and make it our own. So, 8 also represents the ABUSE OF POWER. This false strength can camouflage the weakness and cowardice – and very effectively, too.
This pertains not only to the kind of power that accompanies vast amounts of money. Lack of money can also bring out the greed and manipulative tendencies in people. Likewise, romantic rejection, sexual frustration, and involuntary celibacy, (incel), have contributed significantly to the rise of pathological misogyny in the world.
Without personal satisfaction, boredom ensues, along with a craving for some kind of excitement, which most people experience as “restlessness”. But in these extreme cases, when they get bored with something new and exciting, greater levels of excitement are sought. Most of us are addicted to one thing or another, but this is addiction at its lowest ebb – all leading to the vile activities that are now being exposed to the world (and of course, denied).
The old system continues to collapse, not only under the weight of its own denials, but also under the gaze of 2‘s transparency. The powers of 2 will increase as we move further into the decade of the 2020s, and the millennium of the 2000s, the light of which will reveal even more secrets and atrocities which are hidden beneath the surface.
As we evolve as a species, we are looking at a group of ultra rich individuals, (predominantly men), who believe they are “superior”, invincible, and beyond all checks, balances, restraints, and vulnerabilities. But no human being is fail-safe or fool-proof.
A system based on oppression, secrecy, and lies, will lose its grip if people are aware of how it works. And right now, as we move deeper into the openness of 2, the number of CONNECTION, we cannot help but see the bigger picture, and how it all ties together. 2 promotes Truth and Free Will, and helps us develop the power of INSTINCTIVE KNOWING (intuition).
Time moves forever forward. But the “powers that be” want to move backwards – to the way things were (and have always been) – out of balance, white male dominated, racially fractured, steeped in greed, and driven by the need to “win”, which creates a sinister thirst for WAR. And it does look as if they will go to that extreme – another world war – to avoid accountability – and prevent their own descent into the realms of the ordinary, rather than the gods they perceive themselves to be.
As Elon Musk said in an interview last year: “The fundamental weakness of western civilization is empathy,”
But no, empathy is the emotional glue that holds all of humanity together. Empathy is our strength. To be afraid of empathy is to be afraid of love and caring. What we really need to remember are the words of George Orwell from his epic prophecy, NINETEEN EIGHTY FOUR:
“They fear love because it creates a world they can’t control.”
…and the immortal words of South African civil rights icon Nelson Mandela, who said:
“Our world is not divided by race, color, gender, or religion. Our world is divided by wise people and fools. And fools divide themselves by race, color, gender, and religion.”
Sunday, February 22 is an interesting date, here in WEEK 8 of this 1 GLOBAL YEAR. It is the 53rd day of the year, which produces another 8 (5+3=8), and 2+2+2+1 = 7.
7 is the learning number, the number of the mind, the number of planning and arranging, and understanding the “inner workings” of people and situations. This is mind-opening energy.
People are becoming more aware of the “chaos tactics” used by governments, armies, and industries. The disorder created by those at the top take attention away from those beneath them who are working to reshape the system according to their long-term agendas. People can become so engrossed in scandals, accusations, and sudden events, that our attention is diverted from the true depth of evilness being foisted upon us, including genocides, total control by a few over all of humanity, and the destruction of the natural world. The more outer chaos there is, the easier it is for them to carry out their long-term missions. Or so they believe…
Masculine 1 represents CHANGE, feminine 2 represents detail, intuition, empathy, and fairness, and 7 is the number of THE MIND. The emotional vibrations of 2 work with 7 to open our minds, while 1 does what it is meant to do to facilitate real evolutionary change. People are becoming more able to see the big picture and how one thing is connected to another, more able to feel their feelings without the mind shutting the feelings down. People want the whole truth, not just confusing dribbles.
Of course, anything can happen in this or any other week, and any other day.
Next week’s 9 energy represents endings, drama, and deep emotions, followed by a 10-week cycle beginning on March 5 in which all the Week Numbers are extensions of innovative 10, which brings CHANGE to a whole new level. This cycle includes the highly karmic teen numbers.
And after that, on May 14, we enter a 10-week cycle in which all the Week Numbers are extensions of 20, drawing from the power of the 2020s and 2000s. Yes, some remarkable times lie ahead, the outcomes of which are totally unpredictable at this stage.
Meanwhile, on a personal level, this week’s 8 energy can trigger a strong need to accomplish a desired result. To make something happen. But half-hearted attempts, distractions, or misinformation, can be devastating to your intent. Determination, attention to detail, accurate information, meticulous planning, and courage, are needed.
