There Mars do square in the synastry and I suspect in a composite the Mars will square Saturn. Mars governs sexual expression/energy and these indicate blocks in that area.
The person who is Sun in Aquarius and Aquarius rising (I am guessing is the female) also has Jupiter conjunct Neptune in Sagittarius . Jupiter and Neptune together always makes for much idealism and having it in Sag adds to this. Very idealistic. The Aqu Rising and Sun and Merc in Aqu makes for a person who lives in their head more than the senses or the body. This person has no planets in water.
